i don't know if that is true but drinking plenty of water cleanses your body and if you bathe or shower with cold water your body will be refreshed and keeps your skin healthy and makes look less your age when you are older.

This is absolutely not true!

The colder the water you drink, the more your body goes into shock and will be not able to perform fat burning and detoxifying functions as well.

Our temperature within the body is rather high, so for health's sake, it is always advisable to drink lukewarm water.. if not, at least room temperature water.

When you have a healthy body, you would have a healthy body shape, don't you agree?

It does take more energy for your body to handle very cold water, but unless you drink gallons of water every day (which could cause other problems) it doesn't make much of a difference at all.

your body burns more calories to heat the water up inside of you so yes....by drinking about 8 glasses of cold water a day i think you will burn about 64 calories a day...i drink about 8 to 10 a day....dont really think about calories though because you just need it because its great for you :-D

Theoretically. Probably not enough to make any real difference. Watch your weight by watching what you eat. Don't bother with gimmicks.
