right below my neck on my back
its really annoying...

is it stress??? what is it???

(its been there for months now so im worried)

Yeah the others are right it could be a pinched nerve, maybe a chiro can help, and you should get it checked out by an MD. I don't think that ice thing is a good idea unless you are sure there is inflammation. If it's been going on for several months it's long past the acute phase so it's not likely that ice will help.
Pins and needles? Like when your foot falls asleep? That sounds like a circulation issue. How's your posture?
It could also be referred from something internal like gallbladder or pancreatic irritation, or a tumor.
Definitely get it checked out.

might be a pinched nerve from a bulging disc. try some ice on it, 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off then 20 minutes on again. do it several times a day and take some over the counter anti-inflamatories. you might need to see a physical therapist if it doesn't get better.

It is stress sweety!
Especially if you are working in the office.
Of course you mostly sit, and doesnt move around.
You should go to the spa sauna to relax your back have a massage..

I have also in my back and it is about 6 yrs now, im not worried
Having a massage & sauna everytime it aches.

you better be worried, go to the dr. whatever it is you need to know. knowing is 1/2 the battle why sit around and be scared

it could be as simple as a pinched nerve. chiropractor will fix it but yeah go see a doc to make sure its not more serious

do u exercise? i get it if i don't stretch. it is very impotent to stretch your back and shoulders . look up the exercises on the Internet.
