Is there a job I can get without working with money?

Think of the "helping professions." These are jobs which people do for the love of humanity rather than for producing wealth. This is not to say that all of the jobs are low-paid (indeed, Registered Nursing is a highly paid profession), but the main goal of the job is not to generate revenues for yourself or the business owner. Some examples:
*Nurse
*Police Officer
*Teacher
*Social Worker
*Minister/Pastor/Priest/Nun
*Fire Fighter
*Physician
*Psychologist

There are many occupations that do not require cash or money handling skills.
Council workers, labourers, etc. Check the local labour market to determine what occupation best suits your needs.
