I want to work in crime scene investigation,and im not sure if i can with my criminal record.

It only clears when you turn 18, but anything you do after 18 is on permanently.

there is no way to clear your criminal record heres one for you how is it that crimminals should not be allowed to have had guns are they out of there minds every crimminal known to man has 2 or 3 hand guns only for self protection knowing they to can become a victim of a rape or murder. they should clear the criminal record after time has been served !

You can hire a lawyer to have your record expunged, this will cost about 3-5 thousand dollars. You could also just wait about 5 years and then apply to the department you want to work for. No one is perfect and as long as youre honest about what you have in your past they will accept this usually, as long as it is not a felony.

Not literally. I mean, you can clear whatever the case by providing proper authorities with the resolution of the case from the court, stating that such had been resolved and your status, whether acquitted, reprimanded, fined or convicted. But it remains in your file, including the outcome.

You just have to wait until the statutory limit passes then you can clear your record. remember not everything lasts .... just hang in there!

It's called expungement. It's done thru the court.
