It's not "wrong" to do what you want... it's just a bit selfish and immature. Most people learn to stop acting on impulses because those impulses are often the wrong decision for you. If you keep acting on these impulses, what's to follow? Drugs? Multipile sex partners? Who decides where it stops? The likelihood is that the more you allow yourself to indulge in these things...the more you are going to think its acceptable.
Bottom line. We all have wants. I want a new car.. .I also know I can easily finance a really nice sports car.... a porsche maybe? but guess what? I wont do it. I know that while these impulses sound great and I'm sure I would feel great driving the car...its not in my best interests.
Learn to act on behalf of your own best interests rather than your own need to have instant gratification.

It is not "wrong" if both of you consented, but what would be wrong would be to lead the poor boy on, pretending you like him more than you do to save his feelings or make yourself feel like you didn't do something wrong. Next time you talk to him let him know that while it was "fun" you don't think you want to pursue that type of behavior with him and would like to get to know him better as a friend. He may hate it, but he would hate it worse if you just ignored him or pretended to like him and then dumped him.
Also, if by "making out" you mean more than some kissing and petting, you likely need to stop that type of behavior right away.

It isn't wrong, but it is a habit I would watch out for. Wouldn't you rather make out with a guy you like a whole lot? Do you really want to become good at separating your emotions from your actions? Because once you get good at it, it can be hard to recombine the two again.

Yes, you are leading him on and I will just say this....with guys it doesn't take much to turn them on. It just isn't fair to them. The reason they can be dogs sometimes is when women play with their feelings, etc., they feel justified in their actions...you scar them. I know because I used to be just like that YEARS ago...and believe me...I used to think it was cute when a guy was all in to me and I would leaving them hanging...or to be more correct...engorged...if you know what I mean. You might do this to the wrong guy and find yourself in a VERY dangerous situation. BE CAREFUL.

No, it's not wrong at all. But he could get hurt if he hasn't kissed many girls. Guys can be insecure and get confused easily if they think that "kissing" means something more serious. For his sake, you shouldn't do it again, unless he knows the score.

It depends, if he has an understand that you only like him a little bit then yes its fine. But if not, he may think it was something more than it really was, and might be hurt.

I wouldn't call it immoral or anything, but you're in for some awkwardness if he took it to mean more than you did.
