I need a late night comfort snack that does not have any dairy in it. Any suggestions?

Chicken lo mein and iced tea. Now, if you can whip that up into a frenzy in seven minutes, or try some dark toast with orange marmalade and some Earl Grey Tea. And if that makes your face turn funny, Try a light beer and some cold pizza, and if you would like something different, Pringles Sour Cream and Onion chips and a Coke and a roast beef sandwich with a small salad and oil & vinegar dressing or - how about that can of soup you have had around since Moses parted the Red Sea? This would be the perfect evening to heat it up - my gosh! Look, you took so much time reading this, you missed the whole dinner hour!

I keep a can of sliced peaches in the back of the fridge for those moments; any canned fruit or fruit cocktail is just as good.
If you want non-sweet, my brother used to do the same with cans of creamed corn.

Fruit CHips popcorn and maybe if your really hungry you might see what the leftovers are that are not dairy

Fresh fruit salad. It wonn't leave you bloated before you go to bed, its good for you, its light, doesn't take much time to whip together, and it will not be stored as fat while you sleep.
