one month seems to be the breach between a short term fling and something that may last a while. It is perfectly normal to wish someone a happy one-month, at that point both sides of the relationship should know where it's heading and for how long

It's not weird to wish well for someone on a one month relationship if they are young.
I think the wording of it is silly though since Anni means year in latin. Mesiversary would make more sense, but that would probably sound weird coming out.

I think it's a little extreme to have a whole big celebration. It puts sn unnecessary amount of pressure on the relationship. But if you just want to acknowledge it, I think it's cute and fun.

The prefix "anni" means yearly, so one month anniversary doesn't make sense. It's not weird, it's clingy.

It's cool to let him know you've been together for a month, but I'd lay off the word "ANNIVERSARY" for now.
Good luck, you sound sweet~!~

NOOOO!!!! It sounds very sad and clingy, and will probably frighten him off. He doesn't want to think you have been counting the days since you met him - it makes you seem desperate.
Play it cool, sister....
