That is a very good idea. Too bad everyone would rather save money and give them less to work for them

I don't know about locking them up but I do think that they should have to pay a huge fine($100,000) for each illegal person the hire. Then it wouldn't be such cheap labor anymore would it. If the fines don't work they should confiscate their business and get a new manager/owner(because why should we all suffer and lose our jobs because our employer hires an illegal).

A guy in cincinnati was arrested and faces 20 years in prison, loss of corporate real property, and 12 million in fines for hiring illegals.
We need alot more of the same. They are begining to realize there is money to be made in enforcing the law.

I think they should. In Japan for the first offense it is 6 months in jail. in Korea its 8 months. If a korean hires a japanese illegal its a year or more. (Korea really hates Japan)

we are a rustic of regulations, without regulations we would have a society in finished chaos; regulations could be enforced. for this reason any employer knowingly hires an unlawful alien, could be held to blame.( i.e. fined, and attainable detention center time..for repeat offenses.) the final thank you to resolve this subject is for our government to get extreme approximately securing our borders.(extensive type one job of the federal government is to guard the borders and voters) As for jobs being sent foreign places; I agree that NAFTA, has been a failure.(NAFTA, replaced into think to assist Mexico's financial device/voters, by utilising offering jobs, for this reason making it much less perfect to bypass over the border into the US, searching for employment.) Majority of the agencies who left the US and set up companies in Mexico, have moved directly to China, the place they could get paintings carried out greater value-effective. i'm bored with listening to how the "unlawful immigrants" are such no longer undemanding workers, and that they only take jobs, individuals won't do...(rolls eyes) lots of those illegals are no longer working the "fields," they have moved directly to production, shape and vacationer jobs. base line, they are in our united states...ILLEGALLY, which makes them a "criminal." No borders, No united states.

I totally agree with you -- if nobody will hire the illegals they'll self deport. And it's important that they do because they drive down wages for American workers, and strain our social services and natural resources.
