ALWAYS put at least one drop of pure, preferable fresh squeezed lemon juice in your water. It will keep you from retaining the water, plus lemon is VERY good for you. You must pee a lot and that is FANTASTIC! You are keeping your system flushed and cleaned out. Waste builds up in our intestines, sometimes several pounds of it, and when it backs up into our bodies, it causes diseases in many forms. Its so important to keep your system clean, good for you! You should also look into "the master cleanse" it will give you a great start, help you lose weight, get rid of the waste and start off with a fresh clean system. its recommended to do for 10 days, really simple, and cleans your ENTIRE body, not just one organ. Ask about it at a nutrition store, or look it up on the internet. Its a simple, but life-changing cleanse.
Oh, and NEVER drink tap water, if you didnt already know that. Drink the purest stuff you can find, and dont forget the drop of lemon! Good luck and great job!

I'm not sure, but I think that much water fills the stomach so your body decides it's not hungry.
Please do not over-do the water, and take a multivitamin with minerals. I think it was a water diet which destroyed the brain of that Terry Chiavo (sp?) that made such a fuss in Florida a year or two ago. But, with a good diet, 6 quarts should not make you sick like it did her.

Keeping your body hydrated helps keep hunger under control.
Or, I have read that your body often mistakes thirst for hunger and you eat when you should drink water.
So keep drinking the good cool clean water!
But don't OVERDO it! Your metabolism can get into trouble if you drink too much. It's a nasty condition called "hyperhydrosis".

It suppresses your appetite by filling you up. So, you eat less and pea alot more. But be careful cause if you drink too much your body will start retaining the water and you then become bloated.

Salt causes bloating and butter is an excellent source of calories, so flavor pasta, a pot of soup, meat, and stews with refreshing herbs, garlic, and onions alternatively.
