Whats your favorite kind of Eggs Benedict?

I used to go to a restaurant that served 7 different kinds! I loved them... My favorite was served on a health nut muffin and topped with grilled tomato, turkey, bacon and avacado. It was delicious. Have you ever had any creative types of bene's?

I love the one on an English Muffin topped with baby shrimp, tomato and egg smothered in hollandise sauce. Yum.

i like the regular one.

smoked salmon instead of ham and topped with caviar and the sauce.
