Yeah, find something you have in common with him and share it with him. If he likes sports, most guys do, ask him if he wants to catch a game at a sports bar or something like that. That would definately win me over!

Do you work with this guy? Go to school with him? Find something that you both have an interest in and use that to get his attention. Or you could try putting on a little make-up and changing your hair-do...
