While there may not be anything wrong with it, I don't know that it's good for you. It often means you find it hard to sustain long periods of sex because you have trained yourself to just work towards orgasm. It can become addictive and it promotes sexual fantasy and pornography which can also become addictive and set unrealistic standards for real relationships.

guys have to masturbate...why you ask? Glad you asked? Because there is a buildup of testosterone, which is a fatty acid, and with no release, you can actually have prostate problems.
Masturbation actually lowers a guys chance of having problems down there. Most people don't know this, which is why there is SO much confusion over it.
It has NOTHING to do with masculinity and everything to do with biology.

It is a normal part of the sexual experience. It is good for you in the sence that it helps you discover what you like. Once you discover that you can tell your partner and both your sexual lives will grow from that.

nothing wrong with masturbation, nearly everyone does it. nobody gets hairy palms either.
