Go on the cabbage soup diet. Not the most healthiest way but its ok for a short period of time. You will lose real quick. Hospitals sometimes use this method of losing weight to prep a patient for different types of surgery. Bad thing also is if your not carefull, you could re-gain twice as much as you were before if you don't eat right and excercise.

The easiest way is to spend their hard-earned monies at slimming centres. People are not aware of the simple answer such as "you are what you eat".
Change to a high fibre low fats diet immediately for results! Take cereals and fruits extensively for the whole month plus easy exercise such as brisk walking around your estate everyday. Take multi-vitamin as supplements to boost yourself.

Don't be naive, neither you nor anybody can loose that much weight in a month. It's better to loose it slowly but safely. Now that i remember, try Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution. You supposedly can loose anywhere from 10 to 15 pounds in two weeks, with his rapid start plan.

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.
No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Real green tea, salmon and vegetables and calcium and chromium picolinate supplements (make sure you can take). Speed walk one hour at least four times a week. It worked for me or maybe it was the combo of my husband leaving (LOL) just a little humor but I did it 30lbs and alot alot of inches. Good luck

okay its kinda easy its you have to walk/run on for about 1 hour or 1:30 then you could workout for about 10-20 mins after the walk/run it works good
