I don't know that you can prevent yourself from becoming diabetic, but you can certainly lower your risk factors. Losing weight really, really can make a huge difference; it did for me. My blood sugars are under much better control than when I was overweight. (I just do diet management, no medicines)Exercising makes a huge difference as well. I could lower my blood sugar by 30 points just by taking a 10 minute walk around the block. Regular exercise also makes your body able to utilize your insulin more efficiently. Also, try to eat a balanced diet, lots of protein and fiber with fewer carbs (desserts and breads). It wasn't easy, but it has definitely been worth it. I gave up things like soda, Pop-Tarts (They have an amazing amount of carbohydrates in them!!) and lots of breads. My goal (as a female & it depends on your height and gender) is to eat 45 carbs per meal with 15 carb snacks at 2 hour intervals. Not only did my blood sugars start acting better, I felt a lot better, and as a bonus I lost weight, too. Genes can be a big factor; diabetes runs in my family, so when I was diagnosed as prediabetic in my early 30s, I decided to do whatever I could now before any damage was done. Good luck to you!!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

You gotta lose the weight! If you have more abdominal fat than subcutaneous fat, you are more likely to develop diabetes. But at this point the only way to reduce abdominal fat is to lose weight--either by diet & exercise or bariatric surgery (gastric banding, gastric bypass). Liposuction does not help at all.
If you develop diabetes, you may be prescribed meds that will actually cause you to gain more weight! Far better to lose the weight now and avoid the diabetes altogether!

Lose weight, do cardiovascular exercise like walking or jogging or cycling. Also lift weights to maintain muscle mass while you're dieting.
