Yes. Get a very large round brush and blow dry them straight. Make sure pull your hair straight when you are drying them or you will end up with the same shape as the brush. Start out drying them that way, but pull the brush out straight through to the end while drying. I have curly hair and straight bangs and that's the only way to do it for me. I also don't use the dryer on the rest of my hair very often. Curly can become frizz easily with those things.

Hi,
Don't play with your hair before consulting a trusted hair stylist. And whether you want to chance your hair style or not , you must take care of it properly.
Here some basic tips:
1. Don’t ever.. EVER wash your hair everyday because you'll not be able to "style it" properly.
2. use natural oils for moisturizing such as almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil two day a week if you have a dry hair and once if it's oily... (Here’s the way: apply it only on the scalp. then leave it for 2 to 4 hours. At last, wash it with a shampoo that suits your hair type and use a suitable conditioner after that if your hair is dry.
3. On occasions you can “style" your curly hair with a little bit of hair mousse, but don't use it too often it could be harmful.
Good Luck!

No your bangs would just end up curling. It is much better to have no bangs when you have very curly hair. You can go to your hairstylist and look at some of the books they have of hairstyles for curly hair maybe you will find one that you really like

I have very course curly hair, and I have always kept my hair the same length. The weight of my hair is what keeps it from turning into an afro, so if i cut part of it short, then it's going to be too wild to manage. I would cut it if I were you. I have fun with coloring my hair. I've been blond, red, and now I'm a brunette.

I also have curly brown hair; anybody with curly hair will advise you to NEVER get bangs. Don't listen to all the people who tell you to give them a try. They don't have curly hair, we do. It's your hair that will look bad, not theirs. Do you have layers? Because, if you don't, I strongly advise you to get long layers. It's nice that you want a change, but unfortunately, unless you straighten it, there really isn't much you can do with curly hair.

If you want to cange the way your hair looks and really enjoy the way it is right now, I would part your hair to the side. It is a different look without cutting it. Also if you are a smaller person, bangs tend to make beople look younger.

Bangs are always in, depending on the shape of your face, & having your hair feathered on top, would be pretty also. Lucky You.!!!!!
