try to explain withou t hurting his feelings. You probably know him better if you know his a bit of a psycho get a restraining order or sue his *** off if you broke up under hostile conditions.
and of course get a new boyfriend

oh man i've been there. my ex threatened to do all these crazy things, and would call me 5 times a day even though we were "just friends". The best thing to do is to tell him that you no longer feel the same way about him, and that it makes you uncomfortable the way he acts. Tell him you appreciate him as a person, but that there no longer is that spark you had. Whatever you do, dont lead him on! don't tell him "maybe" or "i dont know" if he asks you if there's still a chance. Be brutally honest, it will hurt, but its the only way. Try to keep your distance. Ignore him and he'll gets tired. If he's dangerously obsessive get a restraining order, but hopeful it wont reach that point. Good luck.

get a really hot guy and when you know your ex is around start making out with him and then your ex should get the point..

tell him to get lost and if he doesn't get a restraining order and a bigger man (brother, friend or boyfriend) to hang out with for a while. you could just get in his face and tell him to ____ off.
