where can i get a physical that is ODOT approved in the state of oklahoma?

Go to your doctor and TELL HIM IT IS FOR "ODOT"
He will know what to do. Most doctors do Company and Trucker physicals on a pretty constant basis. Also, call ahead to the doctor to see if a urine test or anything else, like paperwork will need to be brought in first!

not sure about OK. but all i had to do was tell my doc it was an odot physcial.
