If it's lost the use of the back legs it could have a paralysis tick, get the dog to the vet immediately. My dog nearly died from it.

Do you know why? If it's a hip disorder I have seen things people make with wheels and they place it on the back of the dog (supporting his legs inside) so that they can walk and run, using their front legs. It's really pretty neat and allows the dog to be mobile longer, especially big dogs who are prone to hip problems

I remember somebody being on local news in the south east of England about 4-5 years ago who was in a similar position. But he made the news because he invented a cart type device that replaced the back legs for his dog. Thik of it a a wheelchair for the back half.
However, I cannot find remember much of it, but look into south east England dog wheelchair in a search engine.

The only thing I can add is that this is one of the symptoms of pesticide poisoning. Have you put bargain flea treatment on your dog recently?
Your dog needs to be seen by a vet ASAP. This is a symptom of neurological damage, whatever the cause.

My mom's standard boxer lost the use of his back legs. She bought him a sling with a set of wheels that she ordered through the vet.

It could be a couple different things, like a neurological problem, or a blood clot or something else. It would be worth your while to have the vet check him out. Does he still have control over urination and defecation?

Do you mean losing use of his back legs?
If so there could be many causes for this. You should seek Veterinarian care for your pooch.
Try this site for some things that could cause this...

We have an old lab (12) that this is happening to. Very sad. Our vet told us it was degenerative nerve damage, due to spinal arthritis and will continue to worsen. He is not in any pain though.
It could also be dysplasia which is painful. Check with your vet.

If you mean losing use, take him to the vet. It could be a paralysis tick, or phone a vet for advice.
