Because they are very smart, adorable, love to please, and are extreamly good friends and companions. They will stand by your side and guard you probally even put their own lives at risk to save yours. My labraodor is better then my people friends!

I love labradors because they are the most fun, adorable, lovable, dogs ever. I have a yellow lab and she is the best dog that I could ever dream of!!!

yellow lab puppies are the cutest ever, that is why you see so many of them on television and in magazines. They are very smart too, even when they don't listen to you, they know....they know. I have a 16month old lab that has brought a lot of fun and excitement to my life, and I'm 68 yearsold. I love labs!

because they are good watchdogs, but not fierce. They are protective of their family, but not vicious. They are also so intelligent and cute. They are not my favorite breed, but one of them. I just read Marley and Me and now I love them even more. (although I would never get a male, they are too hyper. I have seen that repeatedly)

i think they are the hardest headed dog that there is. till they are three years old, anyway.
