Hi my name is Nathaly i am 14 years old suffering from a hard treat from my dad one day my mom was gonna call the police but sence i love my daddy i hung up the phone and my mom it me very hard because i did that 1 week later my dad was drunk and he didint even care for wht i did for him!!!!!!!! Any suggestins for my dad alcohol?

Try talking to him when he is sober. Tell him how you feel, and maybe it will get through to him. And avoid him when he is drunk.

Good luck. I hope possibly your Mom will get strong enough to get you both out of a bad situation. It may be tough, and you will both have to make sacrifices, but they are worth it. Talk to you Mom. She probably does not want to leave you "with no father or figure", I have been without since I was 7or 8. HIS loss!!! Wouldn't have him. Take care of yourself if nobody else will, that is what 911 is for. Leave and use another phone if need be. Love and best wishes to you

Alcoholics Anonymous has treatment centers for the whole family. Alcohol can cause many problems and even if your dad isn't receptive to going for treatment you and your mom can go. If your mom rejects this idea which is likely you could go by yourself. It sounds like you need help. If you can't go now talk to a school councilor and maybe they can help you. Please don't start drinking yourself. Good Luck!

first of all, don't mention your name, age and personal details over the net unless you want some creep tracking you down. go see or call the most responsible adult relative you've got, explain the situation and take it from there. if not possible, go to the police. do it now.

call the police. this is abuse. if you cant muster up the courage to, the talk to a trusted adult in your family or at school. ( not your mom). they will have advice for you.

make him drink less and less every week just a lil less until he himself can control how much he drinks
