well i think there are a couple of ways but i just downloaded a mpg to mp4 converter from lime wire and that program formats and automatically puts the movies on your psp

u also need a folder on your psp for it to go

you have to upload them to your memeory card in mpeg4 format. i think the program costs $20 to buy. it converts your video format to mpeg4
