Sure it is possible. However, to become a British citizen you will have to live in the UK as a permanent resident for 8 years. To get permanent residence, I am not sure, but I think you should live in the UK on a job visa for 4 years or something like that. Immigration law is more strict there.

Course it is! Contact the British government about work visa's, I'm not sure how u would go about it, I presume through the immigration office, it shouldn't be much of a problem, especially if u have good qualifications and job prospects.

It is difficult believe me... In the UK, the unemployment rate is very high. They, along with France, Holland, Spain, Germany are having a very difficult time with unemployment.. much worse than it is in the U.S.
