ok theres this guy i really like and he lives about 5 hrs away...yesterday with my friends wwe called him on my cell phone like a ton of times lol! seriously i mean maybe 15 times, cus he wud b like call bac in 10 min and he wudnt pick up in like 10 minutes so yea..anyway my mom asked wut i did with my friend and i said o we talked to this guy and she got really mad and said it was innapropriate for me to be talking to a guy(im13) and now im really scared about what shes going to say wen she sees the bill and it shows all the times i called him (she noes wut city he lives in so there's no use denying who i called) now im super nervous and i have no idea what to do!! Please help me!! I need help knowing what to do!!!! Also is my mom being too nonrealistic??

Tell her ahead of time. It'll show that you're honest and mature. Maybe you could also tell her that you would like to be able to talk to boys on the phone and see if you can come to compromise about it. Maybe you can only talk to them on the house phone for a certain amount of time a day or something. Even if you don't come to an agreement on that, make sure you tell her ahead of time. It'll save you more trouble in the end.

First of all, this guy probably thinks that you're a stalker, you called him so many times!!You don't want to be too obvious--discreet is definitely better so that you don't scare him off!Only call him once, if you can't get ahold of him, either leave a message for him or try him again later. But aside from that issue, I have to say that I'm siding with your mom here---at your age, you really shouldn't be dating anyone, especially a guy who lives five hours away. Relationships are hard enough when the two people live fairly close to each other, but if this guy is that far away from you, chances are it's not gonna work out, and your mom just doesn't wanna see you get hurt.Now if you just wanted to be friends with this person, and nothing more, I would try and talk to your mom(when you're both calm!)and tell her how you feel, and see how that goes.As far as the phone bill issue? I'm sorry, honey--you can run, but you can't hide.She's gonna get the bill and find out eventually, so you're just gonna have to face the music. Good luck!!
