If you are male, no. Need to let everything be free for a while.

For females it is more a personal choice as long as you wear cotton underwear, which allows airflow.

years ago my doctor recommended wearing loose fitting ( french knickers) during the day & nothing at night to let your pubic area get a good airing & reduce the risk of infections ; fungus etc.Wearing tight underwear all the time is only a fairly recent thing with people through history becoming more *prudish* about their bodies in some ways.
However it is what you feel comfortable with yourself

if your a woman it is actually reccomended that you sleep without anything on the nether regions every once in awhile so they can "air out" so to speak. being constantly covered with cotton and nylon can make a very good breeding ground for yeast infections. thats wht my doctor told me at least

You change your underwear once a day and you change your pj once a day. Yes wear your underwear, unless they are the sexy type.

There is no should or shouldn't to your question. It is healthy to not wear panties at night time occasionally to let your vagina air out. So if you don not want to wear panties under your PJ's then go ahead there is nothing wrong with it.

No and skip the PJs too. If you ever want to get the most comfortable sleep, sleep nude. Clothes are too binding when you HAVE to wear them so when you don't have to - don't! You won't believe the freedom and comfort you feel.

It's really up to you. I do. Unless I'm wearing a nightie, then I occasionally go with out.
