It's hard to explain, it's all about feelings. I guess I'm looking for honesty in the sense that the girl is aware who she is. That she uses her own brains. That you see it from her eyes.
I also very much look how girls move, how they walk, dance - use their body. The softness and naturalness of the movements tells a lot about the girl. How comfortable she is with her body, with herself.
Girls who seem to be free from the fear "what others will say about this" are attractive. They stand on their own feet.
I look the eyes and the face. How open the girl is to express emotions and empathy via her expressions.
I love to watch girls and women whose hips move from side to side in a feminine way, freely. Also, regardless of the size of her bosom, that she isn't using too tight bra. That she is a woman.
Small detail like a special perfume can mean a lot.

well what I look for is honesty number 1, if you can't be honest with your partner, than what good is the relationship?
people that wont shove you away after you do something nice for them.
