any one in the toronto area know of a cheese factory near by,I need some fresh cheese curds?

I don't know of any cheese factories in the Toronto area but if you go to one of the cheesemonger's in St. Lawrence Market, they have fairly fresh cheese curds. I normally go to Alex Farm. If you go on Saturday morning to the Farmer's Market in the North building, they will probably have fresh cheese curds too.

Make them, very easy to do.
I do it for paneer all the time.
