Thyroid, Testicular, Hodgkins Lymphoma have the highest cure rates.

Breast and prostate have the highest chance of cure by NUMBER because they are the most common cancers. That does not equate to highest cure RATE. There are many breast and prostate cancer patients who succumb to their disease.

I believe in almost all cases, the stage of the cancer has a lot to do with the cure rate. Prostate and breast cancer caught early, have good rates of cure.

A friend (30 years old) was just diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. The docs told her it is a very common cancer and they WILL be able to cure her. That is a bold statement for any doctor to make, so common colon cancers must have a decent cure rate too.

According to my doctor, the best two to have would be Hodgkins Lymphoma (that's what I got) & Thyroid cancer. I'm not sure if non Hodgkins Lymphoma would be the third or not
