i know this girl, she doesn't know me very well. how can i ask her for go out some day. how do i first start to introduce my self to her?

Is she in some of your classes? Do you mutual friends who might help out with the introductions?
If not , then you have to take the initiative and say hi, I'm ..... and I was wondering if you'd like go for a coffee or a pop at .... It doesn't have to be a big thing, when you go for coffee talk to her about things you might have in common. The best relationships start out as friends and I bet she knows more about you than you realize.
If she says no, well as my mum used to say there's more fish in the sea. Good luck.

Find out what she likes to do. Then, go up and introduce yourself and ask if she'd like to do that with you. If she hesitates, you can say "We can go as friends and nothing more if you like." "Friends" are how many long-term relationships (that lead to much more than friends) get started.

Start talking to her, and become something close to a friend, then ask her. She will probably want to know a few things about you first.

i would just start with saying hi. that usually starts the conversation. how about saying something like, hi i've seen you around and would like to get to know you. you want to get some coffee? only guy it up a bit. be straight forward, but charming. you can do it!
