Bring the Troops Home...

...while they can still get a hero's welcome.

Bushwanker has dumped 130,000 US troops into a quagmire where they are surrounded by a civil war (even though the pentagoon is denying it.)

Look around, especially you non-sheeple thinkers. Lieberman just got canned by his own party because, as a shill of the Israeli National Socialists, he has supported the Iraq war. It's a sign of the times. The anger is growing daily.

When troops came home from Vietnam to a totally undeserved bum's welcome, it wasn't their fault that a buncha Wh**e House and Pentagoon men sent them off to die in a unwinnable war. And it's not the soldiers' fault today either.

I'm willing to bet a lot more people can identify Lt William Calley without prompting than they can recall a single victory in Vietnam.

The same thing will happen with Iraqnam. In a few years everybody will still be able to tell you who that trailer trash gangbanger, Steven Green, is/was. But hardly anybody will remember the name of that place the US Marines Corps entered and subdued. Oh, what the hell was that name? Oh, yeah, Fallujah. You remember the place, don't you? US forces did a terrific job of containing the insurgency there...at least eight times!

BTW: Frankly, I don't give a flying care what you ignorant pseudopatriots think of me, and your "kick the **** out of you" beer talk is just more moronism.

Fercrissake, grow up. Anybody who's still stuck on the transient and questionable glory of putting his a$$ on the line for the military-industrial complex, instead of all the really important stuff that must have happened in your lives, is kinda pathetic and kinda sad.

In my opinion this war is going no where and we need to do something..Bring them home they are fighting a none win able war.If this war was going some where then I would understand why they are staying there. But they are not getting no where. I don't want no one else killed. These soldiers don't even know if they will wake up to see another day. What is Bush doing to solve our problems? Nothing..This is Bush's war not the americans.F..Bush... put that in your pipe and smoke it...

If the troops pull out now the whole operation was for nothing....it will just be like Vietnam....So many soldiers sacrificed, so much money spent and so many promises made....
Iraq will slide into a civil war without a government able to control the country and it will become the perfect base for Al Quaida.
We must stay as long as the Iraqis are able to provide their own security and hence achieve the goal of this war: A democratic Iraq with a firm government and a strong ally of the west!

If we withdraw now, the region will implode. The country will erupt into a full scale civil war complete with genocide. Hundreds of Thousands of Iraqis will die. The country will become a launching point for terrorist attacks against the US and Europe instead of a magnet.

As much as I think the war was a terrible mistake, we have a responsibility to do something to bring stability to the country.

The old Win or Die approach applies here. If we give up again like in Nam and Somalia our image will be permanently destroyed. The terrorist will increase their attacks knowing our political system will not let the men giving their lives finish the jobs they start. Get enough people there to finish the job not back out in disgrace. Nam was a big disgrace because of the nitwits in government not doing it right and the halfwits who protested the war instead of the way it was carried out. Even the communist will tell You we could have won but the military was held up by the politicians. The same things are happening again. Give the men the support they deserve and let them finish the job.

YES! My SFC Hubby is there and he says most of his base are against it! They say they really don't know why they are their right now, other than to drive down the road only to be blown up by an IED. We are wasting our money, while lining Bush's pocketbook. Economy is going to **** because of Bush. And just so you know, most men that signed up for the Military did it thinking the Army was a respectable, honorable field, and after signing up learning the hard way and then they can't get out!

Actually we need to send about double the troops over there, and fight a real war, but of course the press and public opinion will never let a major power fight a real war again.

But when only a minority amount of people are doing terrorist acts, ( reminds us of Ireland)

But we do need to build up the Iraq military and police so they are strong enough to defend thierself, and/or get the UN to move UN troops in to help keep the peace.

You are one angry person. I am sorry you have taken the world on your shoulders.
Why dont you run for president and fix it all.
If you think you can do better.
OH! you can think through all that anger can't you.
I really don't think taking your anger out in questions and answers will prove a thing other than your freedom of speech.
I am sorry for you.
God Bless You.

Bring them home and put chickenhawks Bush, Rice, and Cheney out there instead. Especially trigger-happy Cheney. Let's see him shoot something that shoots back!

You know full well the troops deserve our support, but who honestly thinks they're not being forced to get blood out of a stone?

Pentagoons, indeed.

Alot of us just hate this because it reminds us of the days of the "Vietnam War". Ours giving their lives for others who should run their own country and die themselves to keep it the way they want it!
