If I have my arm around my best friends (bordering on gf's) waist, how low is appropriate? Shoul my palm be on her as.s?

I would say no, but it really depends on how your best friend acts, and if she is shy or not. I would say bottom of waist/ top of hip would be the right.

Not if she is a friend. Even the hip is border line for friends. If you are testing the water and hoping for more. try to kiss her if she kisses you back then you can put your arm anywhere you want but if she doesn't you will need to find another friend

Your hand should be on her waist not on her ***. Your hand being on her *** is not appropriate at all.

Put your hand on her as$, if she removes it then it shouldn't be there if she leaves it there then that is where she wants it too.
