We are only given one chance at life and then we are judged by God for how we treated other people.
If a racist opresses people, God will judge him for the crimes that he committed while he was alive. Apart from Jesus Christ, there are no second chances.

If you believe in reincarnation, that can happen. I think it is the Hindu religion that says if a person is good, they are reincarnated to a higher form or status and if they are bad, they are reincarnated to a lower form or status - maybe even a bug!
