Okay, so he's most likely been stricken by the unseen admin pixies who fix things, but he's just changed his name to keep using up half a page with that dumb avatar. Personally, I'm not reading any of his questions with that avatar there. Can't admin do something about it?

Most message boards impose limitations on the size of avatars ... it's a very simple feature. I do not know why Yahoo! Answers doesn't ... perhaps he found a loop-hole of some nature in their implementation ... or perhaps they didn't consider, at the time, a need to do so ... believing people would not be dorks.

Good point. It's obnoxious and ticking alot of people off. Sounds like something worth writing to Yahoo about. You should start a petition or something.

Probably would help if we all submtted a request to the YA team to figure out a way to auto crop avatar images.
