In two months, you'll definately lose it as long as you maintain a safe and healthy diet while getting cardio excersise and doing weight training.

You don't need to loose weight unless you are short. You sound perfect to me. What I would have give to weigh as much as you when I was 13...

Anyways, if you are shorter than 5'5 think about loosing a little, but not much...

Instead of loosing weight tone your body. Do 20 crunches in the morning and at night and take a 30 min walk. So maybe you can skip the bus from school and walk instead. Thats all you gotta do. Enroll in gym.

If you drink sodas or caffeine, stop drinking them and that should drop 10 pounds right there.

You're too young to be dieting period. It may not be what you want to hear, but it's what you SHOULD hear. Talk it over with your parents or even a doctor. Good luck. :)
