The New Testament seems to be rather shaky on who Jesus was and what he said. Jesus was Jewish! If you go by lead by example what does that say?
Jesus did not write anything!!! His followers most likely could not write!! (fishermen, carpenters in those days were not literate). In that era a Jewish man (a rabbi) would have taken a wife.
A man in any era that associates with only men has proclivities that you 'Christians' frown on (Socrates?).
What you think you know is only what the church and the various royal affiliations want you to think. The people that perpetuated the bible had/have an agenda (it is not your best interest). Investigate!
Read some other books! Reading the same book over and over is kind of obsessive and counter productive.
Jesus most likely had a wife or some female companionship, if he did not, well, we have all witnessed that humans have a strong need to physically satisfy that will manifest itself (catholic priests boys). Come on people! You are capable of more!

Mary Magdalene, who the Catholic Church later labeled as a prostitute because they wanted to put forth a chaste Messiah and wanted to take all femininity out of the teachings. There have been books of the Bible that have been destroyed or hidden because of this. Some were found in Egypt - the Book of Jude - and there are parts in it about Jesus and Mary. I believe there were two other books found at the same spot. They are being restored somewhere in Switzerland.

Mary magdalene

Do you know about the king of constantinople who decreede that the current bible was to be made of a few of the writings of the time?

There was more to the bible.
It was made by men long ago who didn't even know Jesus.
It was choosen by finger that these were the ones you should read.

I don't believe in the Christian God, but the tales about his son are all picked out by men. None of those are more true than the next.

Blind faith is blinding.

The Christian Bible makes reference that the Church is his wife. It's a weird metaphor.

Mary Magdalene wasn't his wife, but you could check out her gospel to read about the relationship they shared.

It's strange that he wasn't married, because a man that old should have been married by then in the culture of the time.

From the way you express yourself I assume you are not familiar with the word of God...The Bible has never mentioned Jesus having a wife so how did you come up with such a ridiculous question?

A historian named Josephus described Jesus as someone you would either love or hate. Those who hate him slander him with garbage like he had a wife, he lusted after Mary magdalene, etc. Don't believe everything you hear, I don't trust anything I can't find in the bible.

Jesus is the bridegroom, his figurative wife is the anointed heavenly class of 144,000 that make up the co-rulers in the kingdom of God.
