After your brush. If done before, then all you are doing is getting patchy whitening spots on your teeth. Brushing not only does the obvious, but gives the whitening strips a good clean surface to work with and you won't have to worry about trapping food and other little things we can't readily see.

it is never better to use whitener. before or after.
avoid them totally.
this whiteners are very corrosive in nature. what they do is, they remove an entire layer of ur enamel, to bring out the inner white layer. and remember once u loose ur enamel, ur teeth becomes week. our enamel protects the teeth. so if u loose them u loose ur teeth. and enamel don't grow back easily.
why u have to bother about white teeth. be happy with whatever u have. if anybody don't like ur teeth avoid them, rather than avoiding ur teeth.

Your dentist cleans your teeth before polishing them, so brush first, and then whiten.

its much better to use them after u brush. that way, the gel won't just stick to ur plaque,it will be actually cleaning/whitening ur teeth.good luck.
