It's the mature form of ivy, Hedera species; probably English ivy (H. helix) but possibly Algerian (H. canariensis); I'd need leaves to tell which one, and the leaves in your photo are too in the background. Those weird asterisk infloresences are characteristic of the Araliaceae, or ginseng family.
