I'm only 13 years old and fairly healthy. But about a year ago this big white spot appeared on my right arm. and now it's getting bigger and littler ones are coming up. It's very dry but doesn't itch or anything. My mom said its because I scrub to hard in the shower but I dont. And My friend said it might be because I'm not getting enough calcium. which could be true because I NEVER drink milk. What Do You Think I Should Do!? Please Help!!

What u can do is wait for a period of time.
I was also suffering from the same disease.
It is mainly because of toxic materials present in Blodd.
Have a glass of Milk with Haldi regularly.
Also take Jawaras Juice that will help u to wipe out all the toxins from u r body

Same has happened here
It is cured now

Have a try on it
It is absolutely natural and safe

You should see a dermatologist. I don't know that it's from either scrubbing too hard or calcium deficiency. That just doesn't sound right or plausible.

It could be anything from Tinea Versicolor to Psoriasis to Eczema to a food allergy. You need to see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist, to get it diagnosed.

It COULD be a fungus. It would be white on you if your tan and reddish if your pale. You could try an anti-fungal cream. You can find it in foot care in pharmacy. There several kinds. If this is it,it's very persistant. The cream will clear it up fairly quickly but if you stop using the cream too soon it will re-occure.
Other than being mildly unattractive it's harmless.

My Dad and brother both have this problem. It is treatable. They take sulfur pills. It is caused by some vitamin deficiency and is not life threatening. Go to the doctor and he will refer you to a dermatologist.

It could be vitiligo. Better see a dermatologist ASAP because this tends to spread fast if not treated immediately.
