My local airport does all in package for Cessna around 6k which isn't bad and i'm thinking of going for it.
It depends what you want to do after you qualify because if 6k is too much now, how are you going to be able to afford a share in a plane and all the running costs involved?
Sounds like you need to get yourself rich woman first.

win the lottery, lessons to fly a commercial jet are very expensive and you need a lot of them and then the flying hours in order to maintain it.
you could join the raf and learn to fly for free, but you still need to pass a test for a commercial jet

dont bother you need more intellegence than you have just shown to pilot a plane. Your passengers need someone that can think not stop and ask how!
