My favorite is Betty Crocker's New Cookbook. I love how many photographs it has because I like to see an example of the food before I try the recipe. It also has some wonderful recipes, including some for pudding (which I love to make). Lol! I'm in a baking mood too...unfortunately our weather's a little too warm for baking.

I have a 1963 version of Mrs Beeton's Everyday Cookery. It's nearly as old as me but it's brilliant. The only thing is I have to convert to metric for some recipes and convert the cooking temperatures! Other than that it has everything!

as quickly as a week I bake a minimum of 6 breast of organic and organic, airchilled chicken. I brine them in salt and water for an hour. Use paper towel to dry, shake some black pepper and garlic powder(no salt). Pan fry the two components in olive oil and butter just to brown, bake at 350 for 25 minutes., take them out of the oven and loosely placed foil on superb suited so the juices will redistribute. you have the superb chicken texture you have ever had. i admire leftovers. chinese language chicken salad Shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, chopped cilantro, directly fried wonton wrappers (sliced skinny), toasted slivered almonds, pro rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper chicken salad Chopped or shredded chicken, toasted slivered almonds, grapes decrease in 0.5, minced crimson onion, minced celery, mayo, common yogurt, salt and pepper. a lot you're able to do with leftover juicy chicken...

The good 'ol red Betty Crocker cook book. The recipes are always reliably good and always turn out well because they've tested them so many times. That's not true of other cook books I've used.
