See, I found out that my step Dad smokes pot, I know where everthing is and should I go to the cops there is one right in our area, plz tell me what to do!!!!!!!

well, if you hate your stepdad and want to hurt your mother, you should go to the cops, if you dont hate your stepdad, then going to the cops would be WHAAACK

I think you should tell your mom about it but going to the cops is the safest idea. The thing is that you're probably going to hurt them if you turn them in. Talk to your mom first. She'll probably deal with it but otherwise confront your dad. If you can't control it, go to the cops. They do tell you to go to the cops for any help in elementary school during the anti-drug week, you know.

Take it and throw it out if you want and deal with the step father after the fact.
I dont know about where you live but here if the pot isnt enough to sell the police dont really care about it.

Well, you could go to the cops, but, then, they would come in your house, mess everything up, cause a big scene, take your father to jail...ect.....But, a better way would be to talk to your father. If it is something you are totally against, tell him that you want him to stop before he gets in trouble or whatever...Or, you could tell him that if he doesn't let you try it, you are going to turn him in! LOL...That's what I did!!! LMFAO!!! Good luck w/ that!

Why, do you hate him? Think how that would affect your relationship and your Mom. No, I think you either tell your Mom or confront him. Going to the police seems like a very destructive thing to do, I think you should think about what motivates you to even consider that option?

If he's a good guy, you may not want to ship him to jail. I think you should encourage him to seek out alternatives. Get help for pot addiction, take alternatives like GABA and suntheanine for stress/anxiety, replace with healthy habits like excersize meditation and yoga.

you didnt say how old you are...i would suggest that you talk to him if you have a good relationship with him..or you should talk to your mom and tell her your concerns..then maybe sit down and talk with him...if he is smoking he shouldnt be doing it around where u are and you can insist on that..if that doesnt work and you are still very concerned you could confided in a teacher at school..

would you want them to call the cops on you......when you get drunk with your friends in high-school, but aren't legally old enough to drink?

I would tell your mom first and if she dosent do anything about it I would go to the cops. You would be helping him, your mom, and yourself if you did that.
