is there a site that has a diet that does not cost anything i cannot spend any money im trying to do this and my mom is getting annoyed at me cause i have been trying many different diets and they dont work i have tried exercising but nothing works and im thirty pounds overweight. what should i do i cant spend any money i cant even tell her ahe might get mad plzz someone help
