no you do not owe cause you can not report to work . Good deal in the joint 3 hots and a cot . No utility bills , no rnt , no insurance , no gas , and medical is all taken care of too .You will however once out owe the state and they will hound you all over the country and with computers and satellites they can find you in a second . Pay what you owe and rest easy and it is your kids and your wife that they took care of while your stupid *** was in jail .

Yes, most likely but the state has to sue you first to establish an order of support. They can do it by mail or by serving you papers. you will get a hearing if you request one but you will likely have to pay. If the state is very aggressive they may be able to get back from you everything they have paid, after all its your kid and its your job to support them. Jail is usually no excuse, because nobody but you got you there.

If was to support your children, Yes you do own that money. And they will go to all means to get unless you go to court. Which then you need a good lawyer, so that's going to cost cost. Sometimes it's just cheaper to pay the money back. either way it looks like your screwed. Sorry

welfare will try to collect from you,, child support is different and requires a court order if you have a court order to pay child support then yes you have to pay
