Christians continue to deny the possibilty of evolution because the bible says we are created from dust and Adam and Eve are the first humans; even though there is countless evidence that make me believe that evolution is the only thing that makes logical sense. I don't believe in aliens. But I believe it is possible that there is life on other planets, I mean this universe is too big for us to be the only lucky ones blessed with life. Suppose aliens really came to Earth, or we discovered their planet, do you think Christians would still say that aliens don't exist because God says we are the only beings in the universe? They seem to ignore things like dinosaur fossils, so would they also ignore seeing an alien creature face to face? Hypothetically speaking, of course.

There were those microscopic organisms on Mars; how did the Christians react then?

I suppose they would act the same as they did when they found out the world wasn’t flat, and the sun and stars don’t orbit around the Earth as well! Or, perhaps they would throw a big fit and say it's the work of Satan like some do in regards to fossils!

I don't believe in evolution (Darwin himself didn't think it was true but didn't say anything and scientists went nuts and spread the theory all around not to mention that God explains how we were mad in Genisis) but where did God say that we are the only beings in the universe? I don't doubt that there might be "aliens" somewhere...out there and i'm a christian. ever heard of area 51? If aliens show up then i'd definately be curious about what life is like on other planets.

Hmm... you just said that you don't believe in aliens, yet you believe it's possible for life to be on other planets?? OKay, so you DO believe i aliens! Anyways, I'm a Christian, and I don't ignore dinosaur fossils and I do believe that the there's a possibility for aliens. I think that you are very closed minded and obviously don't know a lot of Christians.

By most likely calling them more of "god's creatures." There is nothing that I can think of that says god could not have made more "adams" on other planets. I don't personally believe in a god but, if he did exist he could do whatever he wanted, including the population of a planet other than earth. If god is all knowing and all powerful...why does he have to tell us what's on his other planets?

First, the committed will deny the actuality of extraterrestrial life; then, if the life is sentient, they're going to say that the creatures are Demons; at last, whilst there is not any thank you to dodge it, the non secular will agree that life exists outdoors the Earth and a few imprecise passage would be got here upon contained in the Bible that, on reflection, predicted that very ingredient all alongside.

Not sure...but I always wondered...If we made contact with other intelligent beings and the aliens had no concept of the Christian's god and did not believe in it...what would they do... Freak out? Attack the aliens? Try to convert them?

b. Whip up yet another scripture to accomodate for them
c Many will cry and leave Christianity for good
d.Many would form neo Christian Jesus/Alien cults
e By sending missionaries to their planets and converting them,...yet I wonder if Jesus would save the souls of Aliens...did he also die for their sins? hmmm

Wrong.

Certain fundamentalist Christians deny evolution.

Do not sweep all Christians into the same category.

I hope it would "force" most people to reevaluate their beliefs. That we are not the greatest form of life in the Universe. That we are only one note in the vast symphony of the cosmos.

if you are logical than dont take for word how logical evolution is. it is a faith just like any other. evolution is exremely flawed. science actually confirms the bible
