Eat less and exercise more. Very simple.
Now... as far as eating goes, cut out all sugar and "sneaky" sources of sugar like convenience foods, cereals, and the like. Stop eating pasta, bread, and potatoes for a while. Never, ever, EVER drink soda or juice.
Eat lots of fresh, green vegetables, lean proteins, and some whole grains (e.g., brown rice as opposed to white rice). Eat some fruits - like citrus fruits, stone fruits, apples, pears, and berries, but always with some source of protein, too (a good breakfast would be some fruit and plain, lowfat yogurt). Eat monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, like olive oil, instead of butter.
Drink copious amounts of water - at least 3 liters a day.
Then, exercise at least 1 hour per day. Focus on building muscle as well as doing some cardiovascular exercise.
You will lose the weight. You'll also be hungry at times. That's good for you too.

Do lots of cardio. LOTS of it. Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones. Try not eating a lot of cheese, because cheese is mostly fat and is not good for you anyway. Make sure you don't have a lot of stress, that can keep you from losing as much as you could. If you need help reducing stress, try making something out of clay and then smashing it with a hammer!! MWAHAHAH!!! The stress crumbles like the clay! Just make sure you dont LIKE what you made, haha.

start walking and biking if u can cut yr sugar rt out!! dont eat white bread eat alot of soup and eat alot of veggies stay totally away from the fruit juice yr body registers it as sugar and u will gain weight from juice eat fruit and dont use salad dressing swtch everything to whole wheat if u can dont eat after 6 pm and if u do eat veggies or a piece of fruit dont fry anything bake it or broil or steam yr foods, if u need any more tips u can email me bak i lost over 80 lbs in 5 months just with diet and excersice and trust me i ate alot i just ate the rt foods it is very possible u can do this!! did u know that 1 piece if cheeze is equivelent to 3 to 4 cups of cottage cheeze?? so eat alot of that if u like it try eating and making yr homemade veggie soups only veggies and u can even eat a whole pot of it in a day and u will lose weight?? i am proof and u do NOT have to be hungry at all so good luck and think skinny!!

hey look the best thing i say is do you REALLY want to lose weight??
if yes, i have the perfect one that is not a "diet" but is a new way of seeing life, fitness and health. i mean itried it and lost weight like crazyyyyyy!! and till now i follow it and am feelin my best!!
so anyway, wat i did was eat 5times a day: breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner - snack. and excercise b4 breakfast becoz if u excercise at the end of ur day ull be losing just wat u ate durin the day and not the grease u already have...
cut out everything that is white (bread-sugar..) and eat white cheese. have a full breakfast, try to cut oil-butter-fries-soda-chips-junk food and everything ...
and drink LOOOOTS of water, it is incredible how much weight u can lose!!! if u get tired of water u can always have a seltzer or gazed water or smthg....
Breakfast: boiled egg, orange juice, toast /OR/ cereal,skim milk, orange juice
Lunch: turkey sandwich with mustard and loooots of greens.
Snack 1: yogurt/fruit/veggie...
Dinner: anything u want preceded by salad.
Snack2: smthing reaaaal light, a handful of pretzels maybe.
and last tip, try to stop eating b4 7oclock or AT LEAST!! 3-4hrs b4 u go to bed...

If you drink alot of pop than stop that start with granola bar in morning and than have lunch like salad that for dinner have chicken or fish with a small side its all about portions, eat with a small plate and drink more water than you ever have in your life. and you don't have to excises till you die you just can take a nice 45 min walk in hour before you eat in moring or an hour after you eat dinner.

go to wal mart and get leptopril its 30.00 its the generic pill of leptoprin. leptoprin is about 100.00. any ways drink lots of water go and get an orgejuice carton drink the organge juice out of it and fill that up with water and you should drink two of that of water a day it might make you sick if your not use to drink water so take it in slowly and your system will empty out youll pee every thirty min but thats good espically good for your kidneys and if you do that every day your bady wont store water cause it knows that it get fluid every day do not drink sodas or tea tea prevents you from loseing wight.
