Dark, green leafy vegetables have a lot of calcium. Have a nice big salad daily. Lactose-intolerant individuals seem not to have much of a problem with cheese or even yogurt, which have calcium. You can buy orange juice that's been fortified with calcium. Soy milk doesn't have much of this mineral.
You can also take calcium supplements. Calcium citrate is more easily absorbed than calcium carbonate. Coral calcium is calcium carbonate with a fancy name and a high price and has no greater benefits. Calcium citrate is more expensive than calcium carbonate, but it won't contribute to the formation of kidney stones the way calcium carbonate can.
If you are concerned about keeping your bones strong, calcium alone won't do it. You also need Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and magnesium (citrate), zinc (chelated or citrate), manganese, copper, boron, and a few other trace minerals. For more specifics, consult a naturopathic doctor. Your GP won't know diddly squat about nutrition.
Also, your bones need exercise. Weight-bearing exercise: walking, swimming, running, yoga, etc. At least 3 times a week. More often is even better.

Let's tackle this one person at a time:
You hate milk. I'm not crazy about the taste of milk by itself, but really like it on cereal. (Banana Nut Crunch totally rocks.) And I absolutely love chocolate milk, so I usually make a point to buy Ovaltine to take the milk-ish taste away and to give me the chocolate flavor I love. I go through a gallon of milk (preferably skim--milk doesn't have to be unhealthy) about every five or six days.
Your mom is lactose-intolerant and won't buy milk--although she should consider buying milk for the rest of the family if amends can be made for the taste. Your mom does have options even though she is lactose-intolerant. There is milk with acidophilus bacteria that helps lactose-intolerant people digest lactose. There is also a product called (I think) Lactaid that helps digestion of lactose as well.
Your dad hates soy milk--but if he likes milk or milk products, there are options, such as yogurt (all kinds of awesome flavors) and lowfat cheese that can go on just about anything. Have you and your dad order a cheese pizza.
Bottom line, it doesn't have to be an either-or situation. You and your dad can find a way to get your calcium from variations of milk products, and your mom can find a way to treat her lactose-intolerance. Just don't let your mom's lactose intolerance keep you or your dad from getting your calcium. Soy milk and cow milk can happily co-exist in the fridge. :-)

Either soy milk for your mom and regular milk for your dad or you can buy calcium pills. Broccoli is also an excellent source of calcium. And I know this sounds really gross, but if you mix a little bit of soy milk with a lot of orange juice, it makes a really yummy drink. There's also different kinds of soy milk. The Silk brand is best-I recommend the Very Vanilla flavor. It tastes kinda like snow creme. But if you can't do any milk, I'd go with the broccoli and the pills. And the orange juice with extra calcium. That's good too.
