yes i guess so
i will go for vista just to play DirectX 10 games
microsoft have ripped all the cool stuff out of Vista, only DirectX 10 and the Aero interface are remaining

I am going to wait until they come out with like the first service pack. It will have too many bugs and it will be hacked and it will crash too often...as is known from previous experiences.
