Well, that's a cultural question really. And of coarse your asking your culture here.
I'd say it's wrong. Not so much cause it's your cusin, but because you planning on getting her drunk first. In some states that's even considered rape... even if they consent to it, it can be considered rape because they're 'not in their right mind' and drunk.
As for it being your cusin... That's a little off now-a-days. 1st cusins are taboo in the US now days. But in the old days it was considered normal.
So, on the getting her drunk first I'd say, "Bad".
On the cusin thing, if you think it's wrong then it probably is.

if you do something like that, you don't want to do it while she's under the influence and can say that you took advantage of her... tipsy yes, drunk no... that's for all chics... if you do go through with this make sure the two of you keep it between yourselves... just as people on this website think it's disgusting imagine what family members will think... and you have to see them for probably the rest of your life and they will talk about you and her and it will never go away...
