We all know that corn syrup is really really bad for you, and increases your chances of becoming obese, etc. However, what about things like corn starch, and corn on the cob, and pop corn etc? Are they bad/will cause weight issues as well?

Corn is not a vegetable but a high carb grain that turns to sugar in your stomach. I stay away from corn. All my life I thought I was eating healthy serving my family corn on the cob. Oh my! Right up there with white bread and potatos. Nothing but carbs to to raise the blood sugar. Never again!
