If he has a social security number or some other ID number to track him down, maybe you can contact the social security administration or the IRS and try to find him that way. If you know his exact date and place of birth that could help. The more info you have, the better chance you have of locating him.

THERE ARE PLENTY OF COMPANIES ON THE INTERNET TO FIND PEOPLE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD TO USE !!! JUST DO A GOOGLE OR WHATEVER SEARCH ON FINDING A PERSON...JUST DO NOT USE NET DETECTIVE... THEY WERE RATED #1 BUT COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF!!! GOOD LUCK !!!
