they are billing me $19.95 a month, were supposed to email me with a password and account. I haven't heard from them, so I can't cancel or contact them or even use the service if there is no website to go to.

Call the number on your charge account statement and tell them you've tried to cancel this service, but have no way to get in touch with them and wish to cancel their service. Your charge account will take care of the rest. Keep a record of the date you called the charge card so you don't pay any thing after that date. (Todays Escape phone # might be next to the charge on your statement. Try to contact them through that #).

If they are taking the money out of your checking account their phone number is on your statement
